Olga Tokarczuk - writer, essayist, winner of the Nobel Prize in Literature (2018) as well as, among others, The Man Booker International Prize (2018) and twice the "Nike" Literary Award (2008, 2015). Author of many novels (including the award-winning: "Bieguni", "Księgi Jakubowe", "Prawiek i inne czasy", "Dom dzienny, dom nocny"), collections of short stories ("Gra na wielu bębenkach") and essays ("Czuły narrator", "Moment niedźwiedzia"). A psychologist by education. She lives in Wrocław and Krajanów.
