Another recruitment for the next editions of scholarship programs of the Polish-American Fulbright Commission directed at Polish researchers, didactics and students has started. We will be required to assist in the promotion and provide the following information to interested persons. The Fulbright Program is the largest scientific and cultural exchange program in the United States. For over 70 years, he has been supporting cooperation for the development of science, culture and interpersonal and interinstitutional relations between the United States and over 160 countries. Over 3,000 Polish students, researchers and academic teachers have already benefited from the Fulbright scholarship.

The Fulbright Graduate Student Award 2021-22 is a program for Poles interested in starting MA or PhD studies in the USA, financing the first year of study in the amount of up to USD 47,000, with the possibility of extension for another year. Applications are accepted for all fields of study except medical studies that require direct patient contact, LLM (Master of Laws) and MBA (Master of Business Administration) programs. The Fulbright Junior Research Award 2021-22 is a program for people preparing a doctoral dissertation at Polish scientific institutions. The purpose of the scholarship, lasting from 4 to 10 months, is to implement your own research project at an American university, non-profit research institute or non-governmental organization in the USA, related to the subject of the doctoral dissertation being prepared. The Fulbright Senior Award 2021-22 is a program for employees of Polish academic and scientific institutions. During a stay at an American university, research institute, government institution or non-governmental organization, lasting from 3 to 10 months, the scholarship holder carries out his own research or research and teaching project. The Fulbright STEM Impact Award 2020-2021 is a program for active researchers representing STEM fields employed in Polish academic and scientific institutions. During the scholarship lasting from 2 to 6 weeks, scholarship holders have the opportunity to implement their own research projects, prepare their own classes and curricula as well as broaden their knowledge in the field of commercialization of science and effective writing of grant applications in US institutions. Applications from STEM fields are accepted, excluding projects requiring direct contact with the patient. The recruitment process lasts until June 1.
